At Health thru Fitness, we believe everyone should have an opportunity to participate in some form of exercise within their budget or time and lifestyle constraints. Group fitness classes offer you a low cost option for improving your fitness and staying healthy. Making new friends is an added bonus.

I love the fun of a fitness class, and I believe it’s just as much about community as learning how to exercise safely.  I use a mixture of music and fun ways to exercise so you don’t get bored, all the time encouraging you to work towards your own goals.
